Ca' Rezzonico

Venice from home – Ca’ Rezzonico

Tour an underrated palace in stunning Venice

When visiting Venice, most tourists flock to St. Mark’s Basilica, the Doge’s Palace or the island of Murano, there are however many other attractions in Venice waiting to be discovered.

While plenty of visitors do step foot inside this exceptional palace, Ca’ Rezzonico still seems to be underrated. It is a truly special place with so much to see. Built in the mid-1700s, the palace has been a home to politicians, artists and singers over the years, with the city of Venice purchasing the building and converting it into a museum and gallery in the 1930s.

As travel restrictions slowly start to ease, now is the time to plan your next vacation to Italy. However, if you are not ready to get on a plane just yet, you can experience Ca’ Rezzonico with a virtual tour!

Wander the grand rooms with their jaw dropping chandeliers, then explore the upstairs art gallery containing countless pieces from Venetian masters.
