Although the staff are friendly it is very hard to communicate with them. They need more written information in other languages to compensate. Eg. The breakfast is extremely continental, consisting of rolls and cakes, and would benefit from the addition of cereal, cold milk and fruit. |

Beds were very small and hard. No shower curtain or drain in the bathroom floor. Breakfast was pre-packaged cookies and croissants of poor quality. Extremely clean! The gardens were beautiful. They had two doggies on premises that were friendly as well as a talking/whistling bird. All made for an inviting first impression. A good cultural experience. The breakfast was the biggest dissappointment. The only fresh item was whole milk. Everything else was pre-packaged and pretty tasteless. I know Europeans don't eat much for breakfast, but we did expect it to be fresh. |
