The Don Orione Order are principally focussed on social welfare throughout their various locations in Italy. There are some families at the guest house in Liguria that have been taken in by the Order after losing their homes in the recent European financial crisis. They are not permanent residents and are accepted on a needs basis while they work with them to stablise their financial situation and resettle.
