Unable use Search or Login to My Plans Monastery Stays website and specifically the Search and Travel Plan functions work with your computer's 'cache' to store selected values (via a 'cookie') while you are interacting with our system and your web browser needs to be enabled to support JavaScript (a web coding language).
These are both secure and common technology protocols to support the interactive nature of search, store and shop type functions as you find on the www.monasterystays.com booking system.
If your computer security settings are set to not accept cookies or to not enable JavasScript this connection process will not function, you will not be able to access the availability and room selection options to create a Travel Plan. If JavaScript is disabled you will see a message at the top of the Search screen highlighting this.
We can assure you that the process we use is secure and safe with your computer security and so if either of these web browser options are 'disabled', please select 'allow' and try again.
The latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari are all compatible. The site is best accessed on a desk/lap top computer rather than a phone browser. Please refer to the FAQ below.
