This monastery stay was very comfortable with a double bed and a spacious room for one person. It is located up a steep hill from the Vatican. I found a short cut toward the end of my stay which made the walk easier. There is a nice bar in the lobby where you can relax and have a drink or coffee. The staff was very helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to provide great customer service. The breakfast was varied, filling ,and provided a nutritious start to the day. I appreciated that the breakfast included Italian rolls and bakery. If you take a taxi there is a pull in off the busy road in front of the hotel where the taxis can safely stop. A great place to stay! |
