This monastery is operated by the Diocese di Padova.Renovations over the years have helped preserve this venue's medieval and castle-like structure while its interior is modern, classic and elegant. Surrounded by extensive gardens, guests can enjoy the sounds of the nearby running river and the several deer kept on site.
A creche is available for children aged five to twelve. Ski hire and lessons can also be arranged with reception.

This building was originally built as an elaborate hotel in 1900. Made entirely out of Dolomite stone, it has since been acquired by the Bishop of Padua. Many well known Italians have stayed at this venue including Prince Umberto di Savoia, Gugliemo Marconi, Gabriele d’Annunzio, Pope Pius XII, Pope John XXIII, Pope Luciani and Aldo Moro.
