Jacqueline - Shropshire, United Kingdom (October 2019)
This was my first time using this website to locate a place to stay. It was so peaceful. The staff were so welcoming and made the effort to talk to me and ask about my day when I returned in the evening. The Casa itself is not in a really populated area but it is very close to the train and bus station. It is walking distance to Vatican City and a few other sights as well as some restaurants. No real shopping in the area. The breakfast is minimal: yogurt, juice, coffee, crackers etc. The bed was comfortable and room very clean.
Darilynn - BC, Canada (July 2019)
Very clean and comfortable spot only an 8 minute walk from St. Peters
Louis - , Germany (April 2019)
The sisters were very gracious and welcoming, the building spotless, the rooms comfortable, and the location delightful. An excellent, simple stay.
Susan - NJ, United States (October 2018)
Nice, tranquil place with sweet staff
Havard - , Norway (September 2016)
The sisters are warm, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was very good. My greatest concern was that I did not have wifi (unless in the lobby) and it was not strong. I was able to access via ethernet in my room, but it was a weak signal. Other than that, I didn't need the A/C, so it was ok, although it was starting to heat up when I left June 8. One of the greatest benefits is feeling safe and secure while there.
Marie - FL, United States (May 2014)
Very nice location in a quiet area, close to bus stop and railway station. However, you need the bus to go to the historic centre. Friendly reception.
Ernest - , Belgium (June 2013)
Fantastic, friendly and the nuns were so good to us.
Angela - NS, Australia (December 2012)
It was very clean and comfortable, had parking, breakfast was good. wish they would take a credit card.
Diane - MO, United States (April 2010)
It was a great location - quiet, garden atmosphere and near the Vatican. Sister Helen was extremely helpful and pleasant.
Thomas - TX, United States (May 2009)
I had anticipated that a convent/monastery would be simple, clean and quiet. So my expectations were well met. The location was very good, a 5-10 minute walk from St. Peter's with several convenient restaurants near by. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, and the rooms were large, very clean, and up to date. The security was almost too tight and we spent a good amount of time ringing bells to get in and out. Only 1 of the staff spoke English, but she was on duty almost constantly.
