The church has been renovated over time but the original belltower remains, making this church one of the most significant in the area. The church contains many pieces of art, some dating as far back as the 11th century.

The service and room provided by Casa Di Preghera was the most relaxing we have had in Italy, a very quiet location and lovely room which provided a much needed break from the main cities we have been visiting. The location was easy to find with a car, but would be difficult to access by bus - from the bus stop would be a long steep walk. Guarcino is a lovely village which is well worth a visit - it has a tourist walk with commentary (in Italian) |
