How do I find my booking?

You have your own personalised login to access all information about your Travel Plan. This is available immediately after authorisation and therefore submission of your Travel Plan via the secure e-commerce process (PayPal).

Use your Email Address as supplied to PayPal during authorisation
Use your Travel Plan ID as found in the authorisation email received from PayPal

All access detail can be referenced from the email you received from PayPal upon submitting your Travel Plan.

Simply login and click on the Messages or Travel Plan 10 digit ID to see the current status or access full details of your Booking Information Package.

Your Travel Plan result will be available in your Customer Console
You must Login and review your Travel Plan and follow the processing status

Processing of your Travel Plan can take up to three (3) days from submission. We will not leave you wondering and you should expect communication from us via email after this three (3) day processing timeframe.

You are welcome to Contact Us via the website.

If successful, your Customer Console will show your Travel Plan as confirmed and 'clicking' on the Travel Plan will give you instruction for accessing your Booking Information Package.

If your Travel Plan was not successful, 'clicking' on the Travel Plan will give you instruction about what happened and guidance on how to work with us to try and secure you a reservation.

Any time after your Travel Plan is authorised via the PayPal, you can login and access it to see where we are at in processing it for you.

Click the Login button from the main menu bar on www.monasterystays.com and at the Customer Login section, simply input your email address and unique ten (10) digit Travel Plan ID as detailed in the email you receive from PayPal at submission.

Your Travel Plan result will be available in your Customer Console
You must Login and review your Travel Plan and follow the processing status

If successful, your Customer Console will show your Travel Plan as confirmed and 'clicking' on the Travel Plan will give you instruction for accessing your Booking Information Package.

The Booking Information Package, accessible via your Customer Console, for your confirmed booking will include your:

Receipt for your booking through Monastery Stays, with confirmation of the Total Cost of Accommodation you have seen and authorised on the website, the Pay Now amount paid on confirmation of your booking through Monastery Stays and the Balance Payable at the Accommodation (Pay Later amount) in Italy.

Letter of Introduction for each booking. This is your personalised bilingual check-in document which you must take to Italy and present on arrival at the booked venue. It contains all contact details for your booking and confirmed details of your booking - room(s), nights and the Balance Payable at the Accommodation (Pay Later amount).

If required by the monastery or convent guest house, there will be a Client Confirmation Advice form. This is a pre-formatted document for you to finalise and fax/email yourself as security guarantee of your booking to the monastery. It contains thorough guidelines for you.

Google Maps - for each confirmed booking we provide you with links to pre-set Google Maps defining the location of your accommodation. You can adjust and print these as required to create route-maps and use in conjunction with the address details on your Letter of Introduction.
