To access your booking results and documentation, please use the username registered to your account and the required password to login to your Travel Agent Console.
To access your bookings, saved or submitted, please use the email registered to your booking and the Travel Plan ID (or Invoice Number) to login to My Plans.

Booking result? Your Travel Plan result will be available in your My Plans Customer Console

Processing of your Travel Plan can take 1 - 72hrs from completion of the Travel Plan Pay Now Authorisation. Monastery and convent guest houses are not hotels with instant bookings, we work for you, our booking system is thorough and understands each guest house's proceses.

If successful, your My Plans Customer Console will show your Travel Plan as confirmed and 'clicking' on the Travel Plan will give you instruction for accessing your Booking Information Package.

If your Travel Plan was not successful, 'clicking' on the Travel Plan will give you instruction about what happened and guidance on how to work with us to try and secure you a reservation.
Back to Top How do I find my booking? You have your own My Plans Customer Console to access your Travel Plan(s) - both Saved Travel Plans (pre-booking) and Travel Plans for which you have completed the Travel Plan Pay Now Authorisation (submitted for booking).

Login to your My Plans Customer Console by clicking this link, the My Plans button to right or copy/paste the web address: www.monasterystays.com/?a=myplans to your browser.

Access using your:
Email Address: To which the Save/Travel Plan Authorisation notification email was sent. This is Case Sensitive, so note the format.

Travel Plan ID: as found in the Save/Travel Plan Authorisation notification email.

Then follow the on-screen instructions to access the current status of your Travel Plan.
Back to Top What is my Booking Information Package? Your Travel Plan result will be available in your My Plans Customer Console, log in as explained at Booking result?.

If successful, your My Plans Customer Console will show your Travel Plan as confirmed and 'clicking' on the Travel Plan will give you instruction for accessing your Booking Information Package.

The Booking Information Package for your confirmed booking will include:

Receipt - for your booking through Monastery Stays booking services, with confirmation of the Total Cost of accommodation you have seen and authorised on the website, the Pay Now amount paid on confirmation of your booking and the balance payable at the accommodation (Pay Later amount).

Letter of Introduction - for each booking. This is your personalised check-in document which you must take and present on arrival at the booked guest house. It contains all contact details for your booking and confirmed details of your booking - room(s), nights and the balance payable at the accommodation (Pay Later amount).

If required by the monastery or convent guest house, there will be a Client Confirmation Advice form. This is a pre-formatted document for you to finalise and fax/email yourself as security guarantee of your booking to the monastery. It contains thorough guidelines for you.

Fact Sheet - Additional information from the Overview of the Preference booked as well as guidance for getting there and away.

Google Map - for each confirmed booking we provide you with links to pre-set Google Maps defining the location of your accommodation. You can adjust and print these as required to create route-maps and use in conjunction with the address details on your Letter of Introduction.
